How you can work with me

One-off session

This is my most flexible package as you ‘pay as you go’. This is for you if you want to try out coaching. We’ll meet online or in person (Nottingham and surrounding area) spending an hour working through something you’d like to explore. I’m here to listen with no judgement. I send out notes after every session with things to focus on.

Deep-dive session

This is a more practical session. We’ll spend an hour and a half together deep-diving into something you want help with.
We’ll start with the fundamentals – doing exercises that focus on your values and where you currently are. Then we’ll get onto where you want to go and break that down into achievable steps.
E.g. you want to be more confident – we’ll go through the activities together & you’ll leave with ‘homework’ to build on your confidence.

Accountability package

This is my 6-month coaching package that keeps you on track with your goals,

  • Weekly message check-ins
