Terms of Use: Life Coaching Services

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms of Use govern the provision of life coaching services (“Services”) offered by Live Happy Coach (“the Coach”) to clients (“Clients”).

1.2. By engaging the Coach’s Services, Clients agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

2. Services Provided

2.1. The Coach offers life coaching services aimed at personal development, goal setting, and self-improvement.

2.2. Services may include (but are not limited to) one-on-one coaching sessions, workshops, webinars, and online resources.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and honest information during coaching sessions.

3.2. Clients understand that coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment and agree to seek appropriate help if needed.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. The Coach maintains strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions, except where legally obligated if the safety of the Client and others is in question.

4.2. The Coach may use anonymized and generalized information for training, research, or marketing purposes.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1. Fees for Services will be agreed upon before commencement and are payable as per the agreed terms.

5.2. Payment terms, including invoicing details, methods, and due dates, will be clearly communicated and agreed upon.

5.3. Missed coaching sessions without 48-hour notice from the Client will result in the session fee being non-refundable.

5.4. The Client acknowledges and agrees that failure to attend a scheduled coaching session without providing adequate notice as specified in the agreement will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1. Clients must provide 48 hours notice for session cancellations or rescheduling.

6.2. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee or session deduction as outlined in the agreed terms.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate coaching services with 24-hours notice.

7.2. The Coach reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of client misconduct or breach of these Terms of Use.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Some materials used during coaching sessions are the intellectual property of the Coach and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the provision of Services.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. The Coach reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
